Deborah Alpern, MA, is the Administrative Coordinator for the Center for Research on Health Care. Deborah manages the Health Services Research Seminar Series and faculty recruitment. Deborah also supports coordinating schedules, purchasing, expenses, and office management.

Deborah joined CRHC in November of 2022. Previously she worked for the Department of Urology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She also is a former elementary school teacher.

Deborah lives in Squirrel Hill with her husband, two children, and their amazing family dog, Dusty. She loves to explore our lovely city in all its fullness and enjoys traveling to her hometown of Cleveland to visit family.
