Use of cannabis and cannabinoid products (such as CBD) in the US has significantly increased in recent years in both the general population and among pregnant women. Despite this increase, relatively little is known about correlations between quantitative exposure levels and possible effects on infant neurodevelopment.  This talk will explore the changing perceptions and prevalence of cannabis and cannabinoid use during pregnancy in a state where medical marijuana use was recently approved, as well as future studies that aim to evaluate the effects of prenatal use on longitudinal neurodevelopment in exposed children.
