Adoption and sustainment of novel and efficacious tobacco cessation practices relies on stakeholder buy-in at several different levels—patients, providers, clinical support staff, and organizational leadership. This presentation will focus on research focusing on intervention development and implementation strategy development for tobacco cessation within VA and within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
