Linnaea Schuttner will be presenting her research evaluating primary care delivery of high-quality and person-centered healthcare for patients with multimorbidity (i.e., multiple chronic conditions) in the Veterans Health Administration. Her research highlights the organizational aspects of care associated with domains of quality, examines primary care clinician decision-making for complex patients, and presents research concepts from her VA HSR&D Career Development Award on the development of a novel care model to integrate patient personal values into primary care for patients with multimorbidity.
