This talk will focus on some of Dr. Press's research and clinical work to improve patient experience in health care. The first portion of the talk will focus on the relationship of health literacy and eHealth leteracy and the equity impact of the digital divide. The second portion will focus on patient and system level interventions focused on improving the care of patients hospitalized with COPD as they transition from hospital to home.
