The HEALing Measurement Center is a NIDA funded consortium designed to enhance the measurement, quality, and equity of care delivered in Pennsylvania opioid treatment programs (OTPs) by co-designing and implementing measurement-based care (MBC) with an interdisciplinary, multi-site academic team, state and community partners, payers, and providers (1RM1DAo59395-01). This presentation will provide a brief overview of the overarching research design as well as the unique community partnerships leveraged to enhance initial adoption and fidelity while establishing a foundation for future sustainability and dissemination across the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This presentation will also summarize future research questions that the data will be able to help address (e.g., demonstrate the clinical effectiveness of MBC relative to measurement as usual for patients with co-occurring OUD and mental health diagnoses, enhance adoption/sustainability through paperwork reduction strategies, establish metrics for value-based payment) and areas of collaboration.
