Insomnia is a highly prevalnet disorder that negatively impacts function and quality of life. Further, insomnia is underdiagnosed and remains primarily treated with medications rather than the first line treatment behavioral interventions, in part due to access to care issues. This presentation will introduce a program of research in the Department of Veterans of Affairs focused on applying implementation science methods to increase access to behavioral insomnia care. Hybrid trial designs and implementation outcomes will be discussed.
